PTFE Bellow

PTFE Bellows can be manufactured in below 2 process:-
- Machined Bellow
- Paste Extrusion Process
PTFE machined Bellows are generally used where the Working Pressure is less and the Axial, Lateral movement of Bellow required is also less. We can provide MS or SS split flange along with the Bellow. As the Bellows have to be machined, we can supply them in longer lengths as well. PTFE machined Bellows can sustain temperature upto 3 Kg/cm2. They are typically used in Piping systems to absorb thermally induced vibrations. These type of bellows can be prepared as per clients requirements, as they can be made in any dimension. PTFE bellows are made from materials which are very cost effective as clients can avail them at reasonable cost. PFTE bellows are chemically inert and hence can be used in wide areas. PTFE bellows are antistatic in nature.

The PTFE Bellows which are manufactured using Paste Extrusion method, are generally used where Working Pressure is high. These High Pressure PTFE Bellows can be manufactured in size upto 600 NB and 500 mm long. These Bellows can sustain Working Pressure upto 10 Kg/cm2. These Bellows can be manufactured in 2, 3 and 5 convolutions depending upon the length of Bellow. SS ring is reinforced in each fold so that Bellow can take higher movements and it also gives greater life to the Bellow.
